How to Return an Item
  • Contact Us: Email us at support@housecomfortliving.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Receive Instructions: Our team will email you the return authorization and prepaid shipping label.
  • Package the Item: Repack the item securely in the original packaging.
  • Ship the Return: Attach the prepaid label and drop off the package at your nearest carrier location as instructed.
Refunds
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Refund Method: Refunded to your original payment method.
  • Notification: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
